Captain's Installation - 2019

The Blackwater Pyrates’ Carl "Boot" Whitson has surrendered the helm of the Blackwater Pyrates Crew to Capt. Mark "Murky Bottom" Flores. Mark is the seventh captain to take command of the crew. The event took place on the River Walk Landing in Milton on January 12, followed by a captain's reception.
